Yes, we have our Dash Billing Product that is a secured client payment portal.
Does RD Fuller report to credit bureaus?
No. RD Fuller does not report to credit bureaus. However, it may be necessary for an agency in our network to do so.
Does RD Fuller use a legal strategy?
Yes. RD Fuller works with state-level attorneys who obtain money judgments on behalf of property managers and owners, and RD Fuller manages the process.

Yes, it is located in the app so the past resident can download or print the statement showing the payments made.
Does RD Fuller report rental history?
No. Usually, when a community moves in a new resident, it uses a background and screening company connected to a rental history database.
