1-30 days after final move out (Rent Manager, RealPage, Yardi, Entrata, etc.). Full account review performed (move out statement signed, lease application with SSN, DOB, email address, phone numbers for all debtors). We work with centralized teams on missing media, disputes, trials/witnesses, and judgment information. Past residents have access to live payments, account detail, reports, receive weekly texts and emails, and can set up reasonable payment plans.

RD Fuller will provide custom video training on the platform that can be distributed among your internal team. If you're on the Full Service Plan, you will receive even more hands-on help from a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR).
